Ziad established Khalifeh & Partners as a sole practitioner in 1983. Throughout his career, he has witnessed the development and modernization of Jordan’s legal and judicial systems, and he is regarded as one of the most experienced lawyers in the country, supported by an extensive and proven professional record. He is engaged in a broad spectrum of claims and arbitration proceedings, including matters involving real estate, construction, corporate issues, and the enforcement of foreign awards. Ziad also served as a member of the Jordan Bar Association’s Council for approximately 34 years.
